Run cancelled due to drool
Fully dressed to go run straight after work. But I find myself just waking up. Apparently I sat on my bed to put on my running shoes and may or may not have leaned back slightly… and fallen asleep. Oops. So now I have all the sleeps and can’t keep my eyes open.. . I suck.

I really miss my dad. Today I could really use him. He wasn’t perfect. He didn’t always show me he cared. But as I took care of him for many years while he was sick until he died he let me know he did. And told me so. Finally. Today, I just want his hug. He didn’t really give them. But, today I would ask him to. I need a hug. No words. Just a hug. A good long one.
